在臺領有居留證明文件之外籍人士應參加全民健康保險

◎國籍學生應先向內政部移民署申請取得居留證明文件，自合於投保資格之日依法參加全民健康保險，相關規定說明如下:

Foreign nationals residing in Taiwan with residence permit documents are required to participate in the National Health Insurance (NHI).

◎ International students must first apply for a residence permit from the National Immigration Agency of the Ministry of the Interior. Upon meeting the eligibility criteria, they must enroll in the National Health Insurance in accordance with the law. The relevant regulations are as follows:

Người nước ngoài cư trú tại Đài Loan có giấy chứng nhận cư trú phải tham gia Bảo hiểm Y tế Toàn dân (NHI).

◎ Sinh viên quốc tế trước tiên phải nộp đơn xin giấy chứng nhận cư trú từ Cục Di trú thuộc Bộ Nội vụ. Sau khi đủ điều kiện tham gia bảo hiểm, họ phải đăng ký tham gia Bảo hiểm Y tế Toàn dân theo quy định của pháp luật. Các quy định liên quan như sau:

	有一定僱主的受僱者Employees with a fixed employer Đi làm chủ sử dụng lao động cố định	其他 other Khác
投保資格 Eligibility for insurance Tư cách tham gia	自受僱日加保 Enroll from the employment start date Từ ngày bắt đầu làm việc	外籍學生應在就讀學校加保 Foreign students should enroll in insurance at their respective schools Sinh viên nước ngoài  tham gia bảo hiểm tại trường theo học.

＊在臺居留滿 6 個月指進入臺灣地區連續居住達 6 個月，或曾出境 1 次且未逾30 日，其實際居住期間扣除出境日數後，併計達 6 個月。
＊Residing in Taiwan for a full 6 months refers to either continuous residence in Taiwan for 6 months or more, or having left Taiwan once for no more than 30 days, with the actual duration of residence calculated by deducting the days spent outside Taiwan, totaling at least 6 months.
*Cư trú tại Đài Loan đủ 6 tháng bao gồm việc cư trú liên tục tại Đài Loan từ 6 tháng trở lên, hoặc đã rời Đài Loan một lần và không quá 30 ngày, với thời gian thực tế tính từ ngày cư trú trừ đi số ngày rời Đài Loan, tổng cộng ít nhất là 6 tháng.
